This gorgeous, slouchy trench . Should I just buy the damn thing already? This cute high school girl isn't getting great grades and didn't get into her colleges of choice...but she started her own company , and it's adorable (and successful). In love with Lianne La Havas right now (thanks, Shane). This song is especially fun. I also really like when she sings with just her guitar. Pretty floral dress for a springtime wedding. Cleanse Day One

I'm writing this post as a way to keep busy and not notice the hunger pangs that are currently clanking around in my stomach as loud as the bells of Notre Dame. I'm doing a 3 day juice cleanse with my friend Alysia. There was no way I could do it alone! I've got to complain to someone, and who better to complain to than someone who is feeling the same way as me? Empathy baby. This morning while I was sleeping I had lucid dreams about drinking three of my juices too quickly and being so starving for the rest of the day. What a nightmare! Needless to say, I was more than a little nervous for what the rest of the day would feel like if I was already dreading it in my sleep! 8:30 am: Grabbed the Greenest #3 juice from my fridge and began working on it while I got ready for the day. Happy Birthday, Amanda.

My sister is 22 today. She is a mother. She is hilarious. She is brave. I love my sister more than I can say. My relationship with her has been unique and difficult and completely rewarding. Growing up, we were very different (and in a lot of ways that hasn't changed). When I wanted to talk things out, she'd rather say what she meant and leave it at that. I liked to have tons of people over, she preferred more intimate gatherings. I guess you could also say she does what she wants, and I do what's expected of me--it's been something I've always envied about her. We used to fight like crazy, as most young sisters do; arguing about clothes, the loudness of my music, about who had more popcorn... As we got older, and each of us scrambled through adolescence, we became more sympathetic to one another as young women. There was a dramatic shift in our relationship a few years back, though it's hazy and can't be confined at a definitive moment. Our relations
